If you did, you would wear each aligner for two weeks, until the treatment was complete. The aligners can be painful when they are first put in, but usually only lasts a day or two. Even though the aligners are removable, you need to keep them in at least 20 hours a day or you might have to go back in treatment. So it is important to keep those aligners in!
